Using i Movie, edited the movies of yesterday.

There are tools to make our passwords more secure. ( ipassword, LastPass)
Two step verification is also useful to prevent people from accessing my account.
VPN is software that enable us to use IP address of a foreign country.
To make the essay compact, shortening of words is efficient.
It will be(is?) possible to clone softwares of PC online. Physical hard disc is destined to be broken eventually. So, the idea of storing data and systems online is nice.

Wibia is the tool to project a screen of a PC.  Everyone's e-portfolio was projected on the big screen in the classroom. I guess it is first time for Mr.Paterson to do this because a friend of mine who took RW in the last term did not talk about such a kind of activity. Technology enables us to do a lot.

We learned how to use database systems at library.
It is possible to search not only for the abstract but also full text.
Each databases have specialｌity of categories of articles they have. By combining each of them, we can find the articles we look for.
If we did not find full text online, we would be able to order texts or copies of them from other universities and to get admission to use libraries of others.
ICU pays fees of them.So I should use them because I pay expensive money and much time to ICU.

RefWorks, Zotero and Mendeley enable us to manage information of sources we read. ICU pays for RefWorks. But Zotero is free for everyone. So, we should use zotero because we can keep using it even after graduation. (Paterson)

Today, we learned how to collect sources on Zotero effectively.

Tagging the sources is really interactive and useful.
Noting comments or page number is also good.
It is possible to save jpg files in Zotero cut by awesome screenshot.
The iphone can read ISBN and save information of books in Zotero.
Most Japanese web do not correspond to Zotero like major English news sites.

We discussed what is good essay questions and structure. The points are "Topic" and"Claim"and"Reasons". I chose chess as a topic. However, I will change the topic from chess to Smoky Mountains in Philippines. My question would be "How the Smoky mountains are created?" Smoky mountains are made of large amount of garbage, harming people's health.
